About ShareMyMesh
ShareMyMesh is an open, global catalog of LoRa radio nodes. The community publishes the exact hardware behind each node — board, antenna, battery, power draw, solar and cost — so anyone can compare real setups and build their own with data, whether they run Meshtastic, MeshCore, Reticulum or LoRaWAN.
Node CardsEvery build gets a rarity plus Range, Energy and Trust scores derived from its specs.
Supported ecosystems
ShareMyMesh is firmware-agnostic: you can publish nodes from any of these LoRa ecosystems, and the board picker only shows boards compatible with the one you choose.
Cryptographic networking stack running over LoRa via RNode; the base for apps like Sideband and NomadNet.
Rarity and scores
Rarity adds points for low draw (< 5 mA: +3, < 15 mA: +2), solar (+2), antenna gain (≥ 9 dBi: +2, ≥ 6 dBi: +1), verification (+1) and 5+ upvotes (+1). 7 points is Legendary, 5 Epic, 3 Rare, 1 Uncommon, 0 Common.
Where the data comes from
Builds are published by the community and moderated before verification. The catalog of 75 boards (TX power, SF12 BW125 sensitivity, average draw and supported firmwares) is based on manufacturer datasheets and each project's documentation, and is curated by moderators.
Meshtastic, MeshCore, Reticulum (via RNode) and LoRaWAN, plus custom firmwares. When publishing you pick the ecosystem and the catalog filters compatible boards.
What is Meshtastic?
Meshtastic is an open-source project that turns inexpensive LoRa radios into a decentralized mesh network for sending text messages and positions over several kilometers, without internet or cell coverage.
Which board is best for a solar node?
Boards with an nRF52840 microcontroller (RAK4631, Heltec T114, T-Echo) draw ≈12 mA versus ≈90–110 mA for ESP32 boards, so they need far smaller panels and batteries to run around the clock.
How do I share my build?
Go to sharemymesh.com/share (or click “Share your node” in the catalog), pick your board, enter antenna, battery, draw and photos, and publish. Your build gets a Node Card with a rarity and its own shareable URL.
Can I publish a node from any country?
Yes. All 249 ISO countries and territories are accepted; Argentina, Brazil and Chile also have predefined regions and zones, and the rest use a free-text city.
Is ShareMyMesh free?
Yes. Publishing, browsing and comparing builds is free and requires no account.
